Alter Road Development

Situated on Alter Road between Charlevoix and Vernor, Evergreen is developing seven 34’ x 110’ parcels with three pilot models ranging in size from 1,100 sq.ft to 1,500 sq.ft single family homes. The aim of the Alter Road development is Evergreen’s proof of concept, practice build for pricing control and means testing, and material research.
